Artist and Mother

In 2023 Lacy moved with her family to the woods of rural Virginia near Fredericksburg. Lacy is is a California native, and, after graduating from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration Lacy was apprenticed to world-renowned Trompe L'oeil mural artist John Pugh where she created work for display from Alaska to Hawaii as well as international clients.  She also created many pieces for private homes and businesses as a solo artist during that time. 

For nearly twenty years Lacy has worked on mural, portrait, and sculpture projects for schools, businesses, medical practices, and community organizations, working with clients to bring their hopes and ideas to life.

The majority of her time is spent raising four children and participating in church and community service.
